All Strat pickups are made with vintage correct cloth insulated wire. We can wire with vinyl insulated wire if you'd like, just let us know (very nice in extremely crowded control cavities.) Middle position pickups are always reverse wound, reverse polarity unless you specify differently. Strat pickups are wax potted to lessen noise. They are still subject to 60 cycle hum.

All humbuckers are available in Gibson (50mm) and Fender (53mm) spacing. Certain models can be wound on 49mm spacing too, but allow four weeks longer. Pushback wiring (vintage) or four conductor conductor wiring available.
